The hotel was okay overall; the rooms needed improvement and the service was friendly but lacking in efficiency. The location was convenient for getting around, although it felt a bit questionable at night. The dining experience was subpar compared to other options in the area.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room, though very large and spacious, was a letdown as an SPG preferred guest room due to its heavy smell of stale cigarette smoke and overly perfumed air. It felt old, run down, and not very clean. On the bright side, the price was excellent for what was offered.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-great experiences. The location was perfect for my business needs, but some aspects of the room and service fell short. The friendly staff and convenient location were highlights, while the room conditions and some service issues were disappointing.
